We’re delighted to announce the opening of BOLO by Gennaro this September, in partnership with Jamie Oliver and Brava Hospitality Group—whose restaurants Prezzo and Jamie’s Italian (UK) are familiar favourites throughout the UK.
Nestled in the heart of Soho, BOLO offers up to 32 diners a cozy, intimate space, serving a simple menu of traditional Italian dishes. Inspired by the authentic Italian trattoria, the restaurant will serve a selection of seasonal starters, freshly-made pasta classics—including ‘Antonio’, his tribute to the late Carluccio, and a serve—as might a humble trattoria in Gennaro’s home town—a one-wine-per-colour policy.
BOLO, named for Gennaro’s iconic bolognese recipe, will be the first opening since his original site, Passione, in Fitzrovia.
